Junk Rescue was founded in 2009 in Charlotte, North Carolina by brothers Blake and Brad Redden. What began as a small junk removal operation has grown into a trusted provider of professional junk removal, estate cleanouts, property cleanouts, and material recovery services serving homeowners, businesses, and property managers throughout the Charlotte region.

For more than 15 years, Junk Rescue has built its reputation on reliable service, professional execution, and responsible handling of unwanted goods. Our teams work to ensure that materials are evaluated for donation, reuse, or recycling whenever possible, helping reduce landfill waste while restoring usable space for our clients.

Junk Rescue was founded in 2009 right here in Charlotte, NC by brothers Blake and Brad Redden. What started as a side hustle quickly became a calling. For over 15 years, the mission of Junk Rescue has always been clear—serve people well and protect the environment in the process.

The original idea was simple: help folks clear their clutter while keeping reusable items out of the landfill. We wanted to build a company that prioritized people and purpose over profit. While diverting all materials from the landfill has proved logistically tough, it remains our North Star. Today, Junk Rescue is a federally trademarked brand with Section 8 & 15 incontestability, and we’re just getting started.
